Pam Williams joined SWBC in 2011 during the acquisition of SWBC PEO. She worked for a prior PEO for seven years. As Client Service Manager of SWBC PEO, Pam is responsible for the implementation of all new clients and ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.

Pam has assisted in the successful implementation of new clients for over 10 years. She has implemented clients with 5 employees to new clients with over 5,000 worksite employees. Pam’s strong customer service commitment paired with her PEO and payroll knowledge are beneficial to new clients during the transition process.

Pam has over 15 years of payroll experience and holds a CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification issued by the American Payroll Association.
