Shannon Martin joined SWBC in 2011 shortly after the acquisition of SWBC PEO.

Prior to joining SWBC, Shannon managed a team of 15 processing payroll for 30,000 employees for an international outsourcing company. As Payroll Manager of SWBC PEO, Shannon is responsible for all things payroll ensuring that all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. Shannon has been a part of the payroll team for 11 years managing the team for 3 years. In this role, she manages an ever-growing team of payroll professionals overseeing all wages, employee deductions, taxes, and client support. She is skilled at conflict resolution and problem solving. She is a team builder who is attentive to clients’ and employees’ needs. She is an essential member of management who is passionate and dedicated to the business. Shannon has over 20 years of vast payroll knowledge and experience providing support for many clients in the state of Tx and across the country.
