Jayne Frasure joined SWBC in July, 2022. As the Human Resources Manager, Jayne is responsible for overseeing the many HR functions we perform for our clients including the preparation of employee handbooks, administration of leaves of absence, processing unemployment claims, performance of background checks and drug screens and, lastly and most importantly, provide guidance to our clients regarding employee relation issues and legislative/regulatory changes that impact their workplace.

Prior to joining SWBC, Jayne worked as HR Operations Director for a healthcare research company. She was responsible for the full HR lifecycle including talent acquisition and development, compensation, employee engagement, retention and employee relations.

Jayne graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Montana and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She also holds her SPHR certificate.
