Isaac Alarcon joined SWBC PEO in June 2022. As the Workers' Compensation Safety Manager, Isaac is responsible for assisting our clients provide a safe worksite for their worksite employees.

Prior to joining SWBC, Isaac worked as Safety Manager for a bottling manufacturing company and over 10 years for a chemical manufacturing company as a EHS Manager. He was responsible for developing, planning, coordinating and directing environmental and health/safety activities to ensure employee engagement, regulatory compliance and implement the EHS management system to protect human health and the environment.

Isaac graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development from the University of Incarnate Word in 2018. He also holds certification in OSHA #500 Construction Industry, OSHA #501 General Industry and MEDIC First Aid® Authorized Instructor.
