Dee Dee Neil joined SWBC in July 2020 as the Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, she oversees job descriptions, job postings and recruiting. DeeDee’s focus is on developing a successful a recruiting platform for PEO clients, to ensure successful talent and retention.

Prior to joining SWBC, DeeDee worked for over 19 years in the construction industry, working in several different locations in the southern United States, in several different divisions from Process, Procurement and Employee Engagement. In her role as the Employee Engagement Manager, she managed over 30 coordinators in San Antonio, along with several Engineering offices across the United States. 

She is active with several non-profit organizations that support Kids in Agriculture and FFA (Future Farmers of America).
